Dance Exercise

Our dance exercise is a specialised EXTEND exercise session. This is a Movement to Music class, which focuses on an individuals ability, not disability. It promotes fitness, health and wellbeing with a massive focus on having fun too! Exercises look at maintaining and progressing current strengths and encouraging  the development of an individuals less strong areas. A variety of music and dance genres are used with a range of apparatus. We work individually, 1:1, with a partner and in a group.
