Get down to Funky Town with flashing lights and sounds from the 70s and 80s, this is a session to get you moving and grooving.  Lots of props to get you in the mood, disco lights, flashing headbands, rings, glasses, lava lamps and glowsticks. Some of the favourite tunes that have popular action dance moves. The use of TV apps so that dance moves can be copied and learnt.
